How do I start making layouts? REAL ONES.?

I dont want to make cheap layouts from like pimp-my-profile or anything. I want to be a layout site on Myspace. I already have experience and 5k+ but I want to learn how to make layouts. Can anyone help?

I have a layout site and I know how its feel when other sites don't want to help you up but I'm not like that so the best way to learn how to make layout is reading tutorials and practicing is very important that you know how to use photoshop or paint shop pro. here are some helpful links that show you how to make layouts(I learned from those sites).
