HOW DO I MAKE LAYOUts?

How can i make layouts not like them dumb layouts with just a picture in tha background i wanna make my own layouts and stuff and let people use them how do i do that?

I think you can just go to MYWACKOSPACE.Com and customize the layout you want the way you want it. :-)
Reply:well first you gotta make the background. the background is a big part of making any layout. because the color codes and everything else relates back to the background. so the background really is a big part of it. its pretty much 80%. it may not seem like it, but mainly all the codes try to relate on match the background, unless you want it to clash. %26amp;%26amp; you also have to know how to use spreadsheets, and you have to know alot about html. you have to pretty much know how you want about every layout to look like. whether or not you want tables, or etc. basically get to know your html. and you can make any layout you want.
