okay so i run a myspace site where i have layout sites....and i now want to make layouts for my site to offer people.
Only problem is....i don't know how.
Do i need photoshop? What softwate is required?

You're gonna need to know CSS - which is a kind of website code, it's what Myspace is based on. A CSS editing program (like Dreamweaver) may make this easier. You'll also need Photoshop or Gimp (which is free) if you want manipulate graphics within the layout. Here's a basic tutorial that can help you get started:
