There are all these people making layouts on photobucket, putting images together
can anyone tell me how to do it?

sure. first u need to find a picture that u want ur layout to be on photobucket. then click on the image and copy the "layout page" html code. Then i suggest u go to www.whateverlife.com and click on layouts. then find the "create your own layout" page. Then copy the code into the area on the page. Then go from there!
